When he learned that I could not open my garage door, he offered to come out that evening (Saturday night) and arrived within 45 minutes. Rather than temporarily fix the problem and return next week, he replaced my door spring and made sure everything was working properly. He listened well and explained the problem and solution very clearly. He was courteous, prompt, thorough and reasonably priced. I would definitely use Mike again for any garage door issues".
